Known as the “gentle art,” Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) focuses on balance, leverage and body manipulation, giving smaller or weaker opponents an equal or greater chance against larger or stronger adversaries. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu attempts to achieve dominant control on the ground through leverage of the body and time-tested techniques.
